Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of full payment. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. During holidays, there may be a delay with shipping. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. S. Nicole Collections is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

S. Nicole Collections is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS or UPS directly. S. Nicole Collections DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS or UPS.

If you decide to file a claim through PayPal, your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was delivered.

The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.

Cancellation

Please note that once your order has been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel any order.
