Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped via USPS within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of full payment. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. During holidays, there may be a delay with shipping. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

S. Nicole Collections is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. S. Nicole Collections DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

If you decide to file a claim through PayPal, your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was delivered.
